At Cozy Paww, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible while keeping our customers informed every step of the way.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only
We ship to all 50 U.S. states
We do not ship internationally at this time
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high order volume (including product launches, promotions, and peak seasons), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
Carrier delays
Weather conditions
High-volume periods or peak seasons

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Insurance
This specifically covers packages that encounter an error while in transit such as a courier officially noting the package as lost, damaged, or returning a failed delivery exception.
If USPS or the last mile courier officially marked your package as successfully "Delivered", the insurance guarantee does not automatically apply.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted third-party carriers to deliver your order.
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the carrier.
Shipping Delays & “Item Not Received” Claims
By purchasing from Cozy Paww, you agree to our stated shipping timelines.
Chargeback Protection Clause
An order cannot be claimed as “Item Not Received” if:
Tracking shows the package is still in transit within the 15-business-day window, or
Tracking confirms the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered proof of fulfilment.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us as soon as possible at support@pawcalm.store with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
Once verified, we will issue a free replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost:
Check your tracking link for updates
Contact the carrier directly if needed
If unresolved, email support@cozypaww.com and we will assist
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue where applicable.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Cozy Paww is not responsible for:
Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but sent to the address entered at checkout
Re-shipping fees may apply for orders returned or lost due to address errors.

Cozy Paww is a small business committed to customer satisfaction.

Allow us the opportunity to assist before opening a dispute or chargeback
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Reporting a Missing or Delayed Order
We want every Cozy Paww customer to receive their order safely and on time. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it or if your order appears significantly delayed it is the customer's responsibility to notify us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
Please email support@cozypaww.com with your order number as soon as you notice an issue.
Important: Claims regarding missing, undelivered, or "delivered-but-not-received" orders must be submitted within 14 days (2 weeks) of the tracking status showing the package as delivered. After this 14-day window has passed, Cozy Paww
cannot guarantee investigation, replacement, or refund for the order, as carrier claim windows and delivery evidence become unavailable to us.
We respond to all missing order claims within 48 hours (subject to our standard response times) and will work directly with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution wherever possible.
