Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

By placing an order with Cozy Paww, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Modifications & Cancellations (12-Hour Window)
We begin processing orders immediately after purchase.
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase
Requests must be submitted to support@cozypaww.com with your order number
After 12 hours, orders are locked for fulfilment and cannot be cancelled or modified.
If an order has been assigned tracking or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow the refund process below.
At Cozy Paww, we are pet owners too. We understand that sometimes a product just isn't the perfect fit for your furry friend. We stand behind our products with our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.
The Cozy Paww Guarantee (hassle-free refunds)
We want to make resolving issues as easy as possible for you. Because our fulfillment centers are located internationally, return shipping can often be expensive and environmentally unfriendly.
Therefore, we do not require you to ship items back to us to receive a refund.
Instead, if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 60 days of delivery, we offer the following eco-friendly resolution:
The "Cozy Paww Promise" (Full Refund via Donation) If the product is in good condition but simply didn't work for your pet, we ask that you donate it to a local animal shelter, rescue group, or pet charity.

Send us a photo of the item being dropped off at the shelter or a donation receipt.

Once received, we will issue a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refund timing depends on your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or bank)
Refunds may be partial or denied if items are returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition
The $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from approved refunds
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
Certain products sold by Cozy Paww are designated as Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
The following items are Final Sale:

Final Sale items are clearly marked on their product pages prior to purchase.
By completing your order, you acknowledge and agree that Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
This policy applies regardless of:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or color selection
Subjective dissatisfaction
Important Note
Final Sale exclusions do not apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In such cases, contact support@cozypaww. immediately with clear photo evidence so we can issue a free replacement where applicable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect orders upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@cozypaww.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Once verified, Cozy Paww will issue a free replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds for damaged items are issued only after verification.
Shipping, Tracking & “Item Not Received” Claims
Standard USA delivery timeframe: 7–15 business days
A tracking number is provided for every order.
Chargeback Protection Clause
An order cannot be claimed as “Item Not Received” if:
Tracking shows the order is in transit within 15 business days, or
Tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
Friendly Resolution Policy (Required Before Disputes)
Cozy Paww is committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to:

Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue before filing a dispute or chargeback
We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours and document every case for resolution.
Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account restrictions or denial of future service.
Unauthorized Disputes & Abuse
We reserve the right to:
Contest chargebacks that violate our published policies
Provide Stripe, PayPal, and payment processors with order records, tracking confirmation, customer communications, and policy acceptance evidence
Fraudulent claims or abuse of the dispute process may result in permanent account bans.

By completing a purchase on cozypaww., you confirm that you:
Have read and agreed to this policy
Understand all timeframes, fees, and return conditions
Accept delivery confirmation as proof of fulfilment
